Procurement Compliance Analyst | Hybrid: Clarksburg, MD

6-12/month Contract | $33-50/hour

Our client is looking for an experienced Procurement Compliance Analyst with 3-4 years in compliance auditing, procurement, and federal regulations for a 6-12 month contract.

DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep ahead of Public Law, FARS, and DFARS regulations.
• Keep Supply Chain team updated on new regulations
• Regularly audit Buyer POs and PO records for compliance
• Support with day to day Procurement File reviews
• Coordinate the reporting of compliance data into USG databases as required.
• Draft and execute Long Term Agreements (LTAs) with strategic suppliers.
• Assist Contracts and Subcontracts Management with the drafting and execution of Strategic Supply Agreements with major partners.
• Assist the Procurement Manager with United States Government audits.
• Assist the Procurement Manager with the selection of Procurement centric training plans.
• Adhere to all Company policies, guidelines and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-4 years of auditing or compliance experience within Federal space
• Procurement/Subcontracts experience
• Bachelors Degree
• FAR/DFAR experience
• Oracle, SAP, and/or Deltek experience
