- Provide comprehensive dental care with a focus on the health needs of the patients
- Provide a patient-centered approach and culturally competent care
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members
- Provide patient education in proper oral healthcare and various treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient electronic records
- Maintain compliance with state, federal and clinic guidelines and protocols
- Keep up with new developments within dentistry, continuing education and licensure
- Conduct oral evaluation and assessment of dental disease and the formation of an individualized treatment plan authorized by a collaborating dentist.
- Restorations of primary and permanent teeth
- Extractions of primary teeth
- AM shift: Monday-Thursday 7:20am-2:30pm and Friday 7:20-12:00pm
- PM shift: Monday-Thursday 2:20pm-9:30pm and Friday 12:50pm-5:30pm
- Licensed with the MN Board of Dentistry
- CPR/AED Certificate
- Experience working with culturally diverse communities
- Demonstrated expertise in dental software
- Ability to quickly adapt within a fast-paced work environment

CDC has a full-time opportunity for an Advanced Dental Therapist at our Maplewood clinic. This position serves as an integral part of the clinical team in providing quality, caring clinical dentistry in a comfortable, culturally-sensitive environment. We are seeking providers who are passionate about our mission

Advanced Dental Therapist Responsibilities:
Perform all delegated duties as allowed with the Board of Dentistry
Maplewood Clinic Hours:
