    Description
    NUCKOLLS is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team and help us continue leading the way in the industry. With over a century of experience, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide top-notch service to our 2,000 business clients. As a key member of our team, you will focus on nurturing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a dynamic team to success.

    • Service and support our existing client base
    • Research and pursue new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and drive results
    • Train and mentor new team members on our systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus on recruiting, training, and fostering leadership skills
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven time management abilities to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Effective task prioritization and delegation skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Dedication to helping others and building strong relationships
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
    Licensing Requirements:
    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progression
