    Terms of Employment

    • W2 Contract, 6 Months
    • This position is 100% remote, the resource will be expected to work eastern hours from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

    Overview

    Our client is seeking a Vendor Management Business Analyst to assist external suppliers and/or internal business partners with enrolling vendors in Oracle Supplier Portal, since implementing a new financial system this past February. The role includes delivering training and answering questions from suppliers and business partners. As a Vendor Management BA, you will interface and serve as primary liaison between the business unit and Corporate Financial Department, ensuring that reporting requirements, special requests, timelines and variance analysis requests are satisfied.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • 5 years experience in analytical type role either in Accounts Payable/Payment Processing and/or Vendor Relationship Management.
    • Strong interpersonal, customer service, oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes and guide vendors through the entire onboarding process.
    • An understanding of the Accounts Payable function, from onboarding through payment.
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office tools, including Teams, and Outlook.
    • Ability to learn new technologies and tools.
    • Ability to assist with updating current written procedures.
