Job DescriptionThis position is a Client Solutions System Manager for the PremierOne CAD System dedicated to the Oakland Police Department.

The System Manager will be responsible for various customer-supporting functions for the PremierOne CAD product.

The System Manager builds and maintains positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-working alliances with the customer; initiates problem solving action and follows through to resolution; executes customer operations policies and procedures.

We are seeking an Onsite CAD System Manager to work at the Oakland Police Department in Oakland, CA. The position will be responsible for troubleshooting issues reported by the customer related to their CAD/RMS system. They will be expected to gather logs and error reports to assist in the resolution of reported issues.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ticket creation and escalation to ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner.

The candidate will be the face of Client Solutions for Oakland.


Skills/Qualifications for the role:

Familiarity with Client PremierOne CAD/RMSPublic safety experience as an end user or administrator (Former law enforcement, firefighter, or dispatcher)Ability to multi-task and prioritize issuesExperience creating positive working relationships with customers and application end users.

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operations systems.

This position is subject to working in high-security areas governed by the US Department of Justice's "Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy " and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Client Solutions Inc.
