    IT Compliance Manager

    Ensuring compliance with financial market regulations and data protection standards requires a thorough evaluation of our technological infrastructure. This involves a strong understanding of regulatory environments, meticulous attention to detail, and high-performance levels in quantitative trading contexts.

    We seek a dedicated professional demonstrating autonomy, accountability, reliability in completing tasks, proactive issue identification and resolution. Project leadership skills are essential for managing project timelines, resources stakeholder expectations while defining project scope deliverables success metrics coordinating cross-functional teams.

    • Lead major compliance projects including:
    • ICT implementation reviews sign-offs
    • New regulatory requirements across markets or asset classes
    A good background ICT governance control frameworks algorithm development testing is needed along technical knowledge order types execution venues.

    Experience is required with ICT implementation oversight interpretation complex regulations application HFT operations effective management multiple projects priorities simultaneously as well great analytical problem-solving abilities written verbal communication skills ability work independently within team environment;
