- 5-10 years of supervisor or leadership role in the Medical Device field

- Citizens machines strongly preferred.
- Setup and Calibration: Set up and calibrate machines, including adjusting speed, feed, and other parameters to achieve the desired hole dimensions and quality.
- Tooling Selection: Select appropriate drill bits and tooling for specific jobs, considering factors such as material type, hole depth, and tolerance requirements.
- Quality Control: Monitor the drilling process to ensure that holes meet required specifications in terms of dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish.
- Produce precision machined components applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, layouts, control plans, and machining procedures.
- Set up, adjust, and use all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation of tools to perform precision machining operations.
- Vocational trades school, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have sufficient education to read complex engineering drawings, perform shop math and keep accurate records.
