- You will take in project briefs from our client, fleshing them out to ensure we have a clear picture of the work to be done
- Work with creatives on projects to ensure work is meeting the client's brief
- You will manage the flow of projects through design and artwork, creating timelines, schedules, project plans, resource planning and managing costs and budgets
- Support the Account Director with day-to-day tasks for the team including holiday and general admin
- You will also be responsible for managing team data and producing monthly information reports
- Open jobs, produce estimates, and POs
- Provide performance reporting
- Ensure projects are delivered in scope
- Comfortable with scope-based projects, and discussing/backing them into budgets with client
- 3-5 years account/project management experience in an advertising agency, marketing or equivalent.
- You must have had exposure working in a client facing capacity, from handling client queries, to taking full and conclusive briefs.
- Ability to take in client feedback, assess the best ways to move forward, not afraid to make key decisions and recommendations.
- Thrives in a self-directed environment, while recognizing when team collaboration is necessary
- Experience as a direct liaison between the brand marketers and the creative team
- Work in a collaborative manner with all agency departments and the client
- Coordinate work with Off-Shore production team
- Ability to communicate feedback clearly and succinctly, both internally and externally
- You should be ambitious and have a desire to progress quickly
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.
- Basic knowledge in Asana.
- At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $70,000 - $80,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package.
