Job Summary
The Lifeguard ensures a safe and enjoyable swimming environment for all patrons in alignment with 24 Hour Fitness Standards of Excellence.This role is responsible for accident prevention and effective emergency response.
Responsibilities
- Provide continuous visual supervision and surveillance of the patrons in designated areas without distraction.
- Minimize and eliminate hazardous situations or behaviors.
- Enforce all facility rules and regulations to promote safety.
