    The company developed two software products, an ecommerce product customization platform that allows shoppers to personalize, customize, and configure products as well as an enterprise, B2B ecommerce platform with a rich set of built-in features to easily manage content, site search, product information, and multi-store functionality

    Job Summary:


    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing enterprise technology partnerships, with a proven track record of fostering productive partnerships, building partners ecosystems, and accelerating business development opportunities.

    This candidate will play a crucial role in achieving strategic business goals.


    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Partnership Development:
    Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with enterprise ERP, CRM, PIM, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with our business and products

    Cross-Platform Business Activity:
    Drive and oversee partnership business activities across all platforms, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maximize opportunities for growth

    Market Analysis and Strategy:
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the ecommerce sector, informing strategic decisions and partnership approaches

    Channel Management:
    Manage and optimize enterprise channels to ensure effective distribution and promotion of our products, enhancing brand visibility and market penetration

    Performance Tracking:
    Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships and business activities, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)

    Collaboration and Communication:
    Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and to leverage synergies across the company

    Must-haves:

    5 years of experience in managing enterprise technology channels, with a strong background in partnership development and business strategy in the eCommerce or related industryDemonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to interpret data and market trends to inform decisionsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levelsAbility to adapt quickly to changing business needs and market conditions, maintaining focus and composure under pressureNice-to-have:Experience in the ecommerce technology space or related fields is highly desirableUnderstanding of eCommerce platforms and technologies, with the ability to engage in detailed discussions with technical partners and internal teamsAn established network of contacts in the ecommerce and technology sectorsAll candidates must be located and authorized to work in the United States.
