Verde Valley Assisted Living located in Cottonwood, Arizona.

We are 2 hours from Phoenix and Flagstaff and 30 minutes from Sedona We provide a continuum of care for individuals that require traditional assisted living and support for their mental health needs, as well as, a dementia memory care unit.

With separate units, we are equipped to support residents with two secured units added safety and security. Our rooms are open to the outdoors (no hallways) with amazing outdoor courtyards for our residents


SIGN ON BONUS:
$10000 paid in increments.


Job Description:
Develop and conduct in-services for the clinical staff.
Liaison between the facility, physicians and family members.
Work closely with all other departments to ensure excellent overall resident care.
Conduct employee appraisals and resolve problems including disciplinary actions and terminations.


Required license or certification:
Valid LPN or RN License in Arizona
Experience in Nurse Management
