Ensures correct execution of the Accounts Payable process in accordance to the process charter. Monitors and coordinates the execution of the entire Purchase to Pay (P2P) process

Pickup and Drop-off invoices and checks at the PO box, Sort and Scan invoice documents /Customer Checks. Log Incoming Invoices Daily, Downloading Freight invoices from the FedEx, UPS and US Bank sites, Organize and Box-Up Quarterly AP payment documents for scanning
Follow up on Invoices on Hold with Local and External Teams, Run and distribute the Invoice in Error Report to Internal Teams, Attend weekly follow up meeting with Internal teams about Invoices on hold, Prepare the spreadsheet for coding of the Temparay staff invoices
Process Non-PO and PO Related Invoices, Match open Invoices with Goods Receipt report, Input Sales Tax Document

Intercompany operations:

Payment Execution:
Load vouchers in the Financial system, Prepare Check Run Batches for the week, Prepare ACH/Wire payments for the week

Vendor Master Data management:

Month End Close Activities:
Prepare the Freight AP Accrual, Prepare the Recurring AP Accrual, Prepare the Co 1 AP Accrual, Assit with Close the AP Modual at Month End, Run MEC Reports after closing
2 years of experience in PTP, collections, finance or equivalent mix of academic and educational backgorund.
~ Have an academic background in finance, economics, accounting or a mix of GED with +5 years of professional experience in PTP, collections or equivalent areas

The hourly pay range for this position is $21.65, plus overtime eligible.
