- Travel to customer site to perform commissioning, Site Acceptance Testing, on-site preventative maintenance, on-site troubleshooting and repair and provide training to customers
- Participate with in-house Factory Acceptance Testing
- Provide feedback to engineering, project management and manufacturing
- Maintain detailed field service trip reports
- Work with engineering for drawing and software updated based on field service work performed
- Provide remote client support
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years relevant work experience preferably in manufacturing
- UL508A and NEC standards
- Process controls and instrumentation experience
- Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, and electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Working experience with AutoCAD
