The Treasury Management (TM) Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising and supporting all functions of Treasury Management Operations (TMO). This role supports Treasury Management Sales with onboarding prospects and daily customer service needs. The Supervisor provides assistance with Product Vendors, Treasury Management services improvements, TMO Procedures, and Audits.

Manages a team of 4. MUST have bank management experience.

While position can be remote, must be in Greater Chicago area, with ability to be in Chicago HQ monthly

Job Requirements


Details:

• Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

-5+ years of Treasury Management experience in Operations (not Implementations)

• Thorough knowledge of online banking, treasury management fulfillment and operations, and products/services.
• Strong analytical and research, planning, organizing, and controlling skills.
• Have strong change management, organizational and planning capabilities.
• High level proficiency in MS Office Suit
