    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred OR 3-5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer.
    2-5 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, road development/city road projects.
    Experience with Procore or similar systems
    Experience as a Resident Engineer is a must

    Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
    Proven experience as a Resident Engineer in city road projects.

    Strong knowledge of engineering principles and construction practices.

    As a Resident Engineer , you will play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of city road projects.

    Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering high-quality infrastructure improvements that enhance the lives of residents and contribute to the growth and development of our communities.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Supervise city road projects from inception to completion.

    Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.

    Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and municipal authorities to resolve technical issues and ensure project objectives are met.

    Prepare and review project plans, reports, and documentation.

    Monitor construction progress, budget, and schedule adherence.

    Conduct quality control checks to ensure the highest construction standards are maintained.

    Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

    Participate in project meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders.

    Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on construction sites.
