- Carefully follows standardized recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all food items while maintaining high standards of quality food production.
- Receives, stores, preps, cooks, and serves all items in an efficient manner within the foodservice facility.
- Utilizes batch cooking and accurate food portioning to promote food cost control.
- Experience using a variety of kitchen utensils and equipment such as tilt skillets, flat top grills, knives, steamers, and slicers.
- Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures while adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations including those relating to personal hygiene.
- Team player who can effectively communicate and cooperate with chefs and other culinary team members.
- Serves Regency seniors, their families, and guests with tremendous care and respect
- Brings a positive attitude to the Regency community with their smile and warmth
