Senior Recruiter - Princeton, NJ

Job description
- Source candidates for multiple industries and maintaining an active pool of skilled candidates
- Meet or exceed all minimum company recruiting metrics daily, weekly, and monthly
- Ongoing focus to increase personal gross margin
- Conduct reference checks and pre-employment testing as required
- Conduct talent calls, interviews, interview preps and orientations as needed
- Develop relationships with local companies, chambers, and other networking activity to assist in finding local candidates for placement in local positions
- Document and maintain all candidate and client information in company database appropriately and accurately
- Work with the Learning & Development team to implement all development plans
- Maintain a steady applicant flow by consistently advertising jobs on a variety of platforms
- Seek new and creative ways to recruit quality candidates
- Effectively communicate with client Managers and HR Business Partners about open positions daily
- Ensure all company practices are in accordance with standard operating processes
- Attend job fairs and networking events as required
- Tour client locations to fully understand positions and client needs
- Keep a positive attitude, open mind, and flexibility within our fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Assist in mentoring and training new recruiting team members
