    Position Overview:
    We are a mission-driven healthcare services provider looking to add a talented Controller to our team. The Controller is responsible for managing the accounting functions of the organization, including financial reporting, acquisitions, and systems integration.

    This role will lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal control policies, procedures, and systems that ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Prepare and analyze financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP and other established policies.

    Manage financial reporting process, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
    Provide financial analysis and guidance to executive management on decisions related to investments, acquisitions, and operations.
    Evaluate and integrate new accounting systems and processes.
    Lead the annual budgeting and planning process.
    Develop, refine, and maintain internal control policies, procedures, and systems that ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
    Manage private equity and venture capital investments.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
    Accounting experience in a healthcare or professional services setting preferred.
    Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting.
    Experience with financial systems integrations.
    Knowledge of private equity and venture capital investments.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong communication and organizational skills.
    CPA required.
