    Local Contract13-week contract → permanent with InstrumentumThe Sterile Processing Coordinator oversees daily SPD operations, ensuring safe workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality instrument reprocessing.

    This role supervises technicians, manages shift assignments, monitors decontam/assembly/sterilization processes, and supports training, quality audits, equipment maintenance, and inventory needs.

    Works closely with leadership and clinical teams to ensure timely instrument availability and a safe, efficient work environment.


    Requirements:
    3+ yrs sterile processing experience2+ yrs supervisory/lead experienceCRCST required (CIS/CHL preferred)

    Strong leadership, communication & organizational skillsKnowledge of AAMI, infection control & OSHA standardsEducation:
    HS diploma required; degree preferred.
