    User Account Management (via CIDM)

    Incident Management (via ServiceNow) - including but not limited to

    o Troubleshoot computer systems (installation, uninstallation of software and drives on Windows OS)

    o Troubleshoot hardware connection issues (co-ordinate with instrument services team or vendors as

    necessary typical vendors include Thermo, Agilent, Waters)


    o Troubleshoot Chromeleon software issues (co-ordinate with software vendor as necessary) o Co-ordinate with infrastructure and operations teams (like DBA, CIDM etc.)

    o Troubleshoot configuration related issues (reporting, etc.)

    Request Management (via Service Now) including but not limited to o Instrument configuration

    o Chromeleon Installation

    o Instrument Method configuration

    Support with software installation during software upgrades and patch releases

    Knowledge Management


    Out of Scope

    o Draft and maintain support run book or system admin document.

    o Document unique issues (not covered within vendor support documentation) and corresponding fixes /

    workaround.

    Perform hardware re-calibration

    Fixing software bugs or product limitation
