    The Health Technician (Telehealth Clinical)-Advanced is a critical role in the Connected Care services at the VA Maine Healthcare Systems, located at the Bangor Maine location.


    This position serves as a key liaison between patients and healthcare providers, utilizing advanced telehealth technologies to provide high-quality care. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and managing telehealth resources, including hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.


    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in video conferencing platforms such as VA Video Connect and Clinical Video Telehealth is essential.
