    ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Florence, South Carolina.

    Job Details:


    • Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

    • Patient ratio of 1:6-7

    • Every other weekend requirement with holiday rotation

    • No on-call responsibilities

    • Float to other med/surg units as needed

    • Care for adult and geriatric patients with renal diagnoses

    • 1 year of nursing experience required

    • First-time travelers accepted

    • South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start

    • BLS certification required

    • Royal blue scrubs required

    • Epic charting system

    • 24 hours of orientation provided

    • Skills required: Use of Rapid Response/Code teams, renal failure care, starting and maintaining IVs

    • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

    • Free parking provided

    • During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams

    This healthcare facility operates a 36-bed medical-surgical unit with renal specialization, providing comprehensive care for adult and geriatric patients. The facility utilizes Epic charting system and offers extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary services. The organization maintains high standards for patient care with a focus on renal health management and emergency preparedness.

    Adex Job ID # Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
