In this role, you will be a member of a cross-functional team working on complex ATE testers (Advantest, Teradyne) to drive low cost of test solutions for complex / analog IPs, in high volume production testing.
You'll work on cutting-edge process technology nodes, targeting a wide breadth of product offerings from high performance and high cost to low power and low cost.
Primary responsibilities include owning all Product Sustaining Activities.
Own all eGAP entitlement activities (MPY, FTY, Test Cost, COBs), and COGs reports across all products in ASG.
Generate daily / weekly automated data analysis reports (various – eGAP, cWATY, Scrap, etc).
Own customer RMA activities and post-RMA root cause disposition including EFA / PFA (electrical and physical failure analysis).
Interface with FAB, Assembly, and factory Test teams and engineers for driving yield improvement activities across various products.
Drive cost reduction activities such as burn-in reduction / elimination, test and manufacturing flow optimization, test time and yield enhancements.
Document gaps, lessons learned, and best practices back to NPDE PE teams for better execution on future projects.
The candidate, in this role, is expected to learn and familiarize themselves with multiple ATE tester platforms (config variations from Advantest and Teradyne).
