Job summary
The Experiential Scholars Program (ESP) is an internship program for college juniors and seniors offered by the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture.The ESP provides hands-on learning opportunities in one of three focus areas: water/soil conservation, food nutrition health safety or community economic development.
- Mentors train provide hands-on learning opportunities develop special project field demonstration organizing public meeting etc.
- Participate leadership training via Zoom students interact share experiences learn leadership skills applied Extension.
