    Description
    Job DescriptionFacilities CoordinatorSummaryeClerx is hiring a Facilities Coordinator to maintain efficient and smooth operation of the physical jobsite. In this role, you will maintain a clean, secure and well-functioning work environment. The candidate should be well organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

    Responsibilities Supervising teams of staff, including cleaning, maintenance, and security personnel Coordinating mass moves and ensuring seamless transitions Overseeing facility maintenance to ensure all basic amenities are well-maintained Managing contracts with external vendors and service providers Performing minor repairs and addressing facility-related issues promptlyEligibility Requirements High School Diploma or GED Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
