    Position Summary


    The B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for strategic messaging and cross-channel marketing activities to Odyssey's stakeholders and clinical partners to support ongoing business growth targets.


    This position requires the ability to align Odyssey and business development messaging with marketing best practices and facilitate a feedback loop between teams to deliver compelling brand messaging that meets customer needs and supports key initiatives.

    Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders is a must.

    Relationships and Contacts

    Within the organization:


    With a secondary alignment to the AVP of Strategic Initiatives, the B2B Marketing Manager initiates and maintains a frequent and close working relationships within the Marketing team and throughout the organization with Business Development, Alumni, and facility leadership, and with various members of Odyssey's leadership team.


    Outside the organization :
    Builds and maintains strong working relationships with vendors, agencies, and advertisers.
    Position Responsibilities

    This role's responsibilities are focused around four key areas, along with other duties as assigned, that fall underneath the overall scope of this position:


    Own the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives supporting Odyssey's national strategic growth initiatives and professional cross-channel marketing activities, with a continued focus on optimization through reporting, benchmarking, and testing.

    Odyssey Strategic Growth Initiatives

    Develops and executes go-to-market plans for key growth initiatives and program launches, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, partnering with marketing on message development and positioning strategies to align with target audience needs.

    Owns the development, review, and distribution of all press releases for Odyssey and its facilities.
    Partners with marketing and clinical leadership to develop Odyssey's clinical outcomes reports, web content, and communications.
    Partners with business development in support of B2B national growth initiatives.
    Odyssey University

    Leads the promotion of virtual events for professional audiences, identifies/tests opportunities for increased attendance, and reports on results.
    Identifies and cultivates strategic partnerships, alliances, and opportunities that expand our market presence to drive revenue growth.

    Partners with marketing to leverage virtual event content for use in other mediums that is meaningful for parents, professionals, or individuals to increase brand authority and qualified inquiry volume.

    Professional Tools and Programs

    Develops impactful marketing assets, including product brochures, sales materials, presentations, and digital content.
    Supports national and local conferences with tactical planning, toolkits, and targeted communications.

    Partners with business development leadership to develop and execute communication campaigns supporting key network / facility updates and admissions growth.

    Develops and maintains website content targeting clinical partners and referring professionals.
    Market Intelligence,

    Optimization, and Reporting


    Conducts market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence, leveraging data-driven insights to guide program development and marketing initiatives.

    Acts as a bridge between the marketing and business development teams, ensuring effective communication and shares feedback, insights, and market intelligence to inform marketing strategies, campaigns, and messaging.

    Measure and report on the performance of campaign, event, and marketing initiatives against goals and defined KPIs.

    Stays curious with data and A/B testing to evaluate, bring forward, and implement ways to continually improve performance and results.

    Additional Responsibilities

    Researches mental health, substance use, and eating disorder facts and sources to enhance communications/marketing.

    Evaluate national and local competitors to provide competitive updates and marketing insights that can capture additional market share, enhance innovation, and improve volume growth.

    Partners with business development for email list management updates and database integrity. Serves as a feedback loop in identifying system or database cleanup opportunities.
    Assists in the training, onboarding, and ongoing support for new and current marketing team members.
    Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements

    Education and Experience


    Position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, communications, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a corporate or agency environment.

    Experience in behavioral healthcare is preferred.

    Physical Requirements


    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to communicate verbally and in writing with peers, leadership, clients, referral partners, and vendors.

    Job performance will require the ability to move throughout the building as well as sit or remain stationary for extended periods of time.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to talk, hear, sit, stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, stoop, kneel.

    Ability to move up to 25 pounds.
    Other Requirements


    Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a clear driving record for the last three years.
