Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience.The Department of Radiology at The Ohio State University College of Medicine/Wexner Medical Center is seeking candidates for faculty positions in Breast Imaging who are passionate about collaborative, patient-centered clinical excellence, dedicated to advancing research and innovation, committed to education, and inspire inclusivity.
The responsibilities of this position will include but are not limited to patient care, research, and training graduate and postgraduate students.
The Division of Breast Imaging focuses on all aspects of breast imaging, in particular, screening and diagnostic mammography, breast MRI, contrast-enhanced digital mammography, image-guided breast and axillary biopsies.
Faculty are supported by many outstanding clinical, research, and educational resources in the department and organization, including substantial, dedicated expertise in imaging technology innovation, artificial intelligence, and health services research.
The Department of Radiology is rapidly growing, with expanded services at off-site imaging centers, and renovations to our existing clinical spaces and new spaces through the medical center strategic expansion project ($3+ Billion):
New construction of a state-of-the-art 830-bed hospital tower, a biomedical research tower, and a Health Sciences building that will house the College of Medicine
Construction of 2 newly designed ambulatory care centers in New Albany and Dublin now completed and open in addition to 16 established ambulatory care centers up and running today
