Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer:
Review, evaluate and develop manufacturing processes with man, machine, material, and methods considered. Determining optimal sequence of operations to reduce time cycles, simplify tasks and reduce total costs.
Improve manufacturing efficiencies by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, equipment, and floor layout.
Improve manufacturing processes of existing and New Product Introductions
5S, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen; Root Cause, CAPA; PFMEA, Continuous Improvement


Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineer:
BS Degree in Engineering
6+ years experience preferred
Proficient with Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen methodologies
Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs.
