    Description

    Position Title: Lead Tibco Engineer

    Location: Smyrna, GA

    Environment: Hybrid

    Position Status: Full-Time, Direct-Hire

    Position Description:

    This will be a technical, hands-on, lead position.

    As a Lead Integration Engineer (EDI) in the Technical Delivery organization, the ideal candidate will become part of the Middleware Integration team responsible for the complete Integration solutions design, Implementation, maintenance of EDI and middleware services. This includes, but is not limited to planning, designing, implementation, maintenance coordination, configuration (both pre and post), and management of Applications, and Middleware services.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

    Develop and support TIBCO EDI Applications.

    Technically lead EDI team members.

    Participate in requirement gathering discussions with business applications users to derive Integration requirements.

    Design and Implement TIBCO EDI solutions.

    Hands on experience with designing and implementing TIBCO EDI Architecture.

    Experience with implementing end to end File transfer solutions using GoAnywhere MFT platform.

    Ability to perform unit testing and support integration, regression, and performance testing activities.

    Experience with deployment of Integration artifacts using GitHub and CI/CD pipeline.

    Monitor TIBCO EDI Integration issues and take corrective actions to resolve any Incidents and service requests.

    Communicate regularly and effectively with other team members, clients (application developers) and vendors (other technology teams). Creating regular status reports is one form of communication used.

    Weeknights and Weekend on call support as needed.

    Qualifications:

    8+ years in Middleware Integration development and support experience

    A Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred; or equivalent experience

    API development and lifecycle management

    Basic Oracle Experience

    GitHub and CI/CD skills

    iPaaS Integration Platforms

    Linux OS

    Networking experience (TCP/IP, Database Connectivity (JDBC, ODBC, etc.)) in Java to database connectivity environments preferred

    Order2Cash

    Splunk

    Supply Chain Management

    TIBCO Business Connect

    TIBCO BusinessWorks

    Warehouse Management

    Working experience in related skills such as Java, SOAP/REST services, JMS & Spring
