    **JOB SUMMARY:**

    The Learning Support Specialist will work with the Learning Development team in supporting current training and certification programs. This role involves a variety of functions including eLearning Storyboard proofing, QA testing, Remote Exam Proctoring, Learner Support, LMS Management, and weekly reporting on training progress to key stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include developing program-marketing materials, scheduling events with local educational institutions, and handling all internal and external email communication.

    **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:**

    Assist in the launch and implementation of training programs at Educational Institutions

    Maintain all eLearning template files to increase development efficiency

    Communicate and track all training requests

    Manage all incoming and outgoing email communication for Training Department

    Manage and support all users for LMS portals

    QA test all eLearning training content and edit storyboards

    Update and send weekly internal / external training progress reports to key stakeholders

    Assist with material compilation and communication for training events

    Deliver and organize in-person training sessions and events

    Design and print certificates of completion for training programs

    Organize and conduct remote training via Webinars

    Assist in annual Train the Trainer workshops for External Training team

    Attend internal and external training events

    Create, organize and maintain a cohesive filing system to manage all eLearning Training assets

    Order and organize all training-related merchandise

    **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:**

    Extremely detail-oriented and willing to take ownership of the accuracy and efficiency of training development support systems

    Exceptional communicator with the ability to articulate procedures and ideas verbally and in writing

    Eager technology learner with a desire to grow in the field of Learning and Development

    Self-starter with the ability to notice gaps in efficiency and adjust accordingly

    Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    LMS Administration, preferred

    Strong organizational skills and technical communication acumen, preferred

    Basic web development skills - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, preferred

    Adobe Creative Cloud experience Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, preferred

    **EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:**

    Bachelors Degree Education or Technical Communications from an accredited university, preferred
