    Description

    ***DAILY PAY, INSURANCE AFTER 30 DAYS, PAID TIME OFF, HOTEL DISCOUNTS***

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Must be knowledgeable of event menu items and their content, appropriate table settings and service ware, and the correct preparation and garnishing methods.
    • Set all bars up per BEO (Banquet Event Order)
    • Wash all glassware and utensils after each use
    • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks per drink recipe guide book
    • Pour all wine and beer to proper amount shown
    • Use jiggers at all times
    • Collect payment and use cash register as needed and if BEO requires you to do so
    • Check identification of all customers to ensure they meet age requirements for purchase of alcohol and tobacco products
    • Practice ServSafe at all times and ensure we serve no guest over the influence
    • Clean up after all guests throughout your shift
    • Clean the entire bar and work area after every shift
    • Arrange bottle and glassware to enhance the look and display of the bar throughout and before the end of the shift
    • Serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner

      JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous serving experience is highly desired, but not required.
    • Must have a ServSafe & Liquor permit to be able to serve beverage at our facility
    • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40-50lbs on a daily basis
    • Must be willing to work late night and long shifts without a break
    • Must not ever advertise for gratuity
    • Must be able to be on your feet for a long period of time, 90-100% of the shift
