    Direct Hire Job Duties:
    Manage full life-cycle engineering projects, ensuring designs and objectives are completed on time and within budget.
    Direct project engineers to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
    Produce comprehensive system design documentation, including electrical wiring schematic drawings, calculations, specifications, installation & testing procedures, and technical reports.
    Ensure compliance with company, project, and industry standards & regulations.
    Provide in-house and on-site engineering support for system fabrication and installations.

    Assist in preparing and reviewing project bids and proposals, encompassing detailed scope descriptions, exhibits, design requirements, schedules, risk management plans, milestones, budgets, and staffing requirements.

    Lead and conduct value-engineering studies to explore new technologies, applications, and alternative design approaches.
    Assist with the development of new engineering standards.
    Maintain and improve existing standards and guidelines, implementing industry and company best practices.
    Lead and participate in project meetings and conference calls.
    Lead engineering, design, and construction review processes.
    Lead or assist with investigations of electrical-related system issues, providing root cause analysis and technical reports.
    Interpret plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering projects and system design.
    Establish and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and expand professional network.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fieldMinimally 1+ year experience in electrical engineeringFluent in CAD software programs: AutoCAD (preferred), SolidWorks, MicroStation, etc.
