Consultant, ServiceNow Developer
to join our client's team remotely focusing on module enhancements, not specific to any one ServiceNow module. This role is open only to candidates authorized to work and reside in the US.

Trissential is seeking a talented ServiceNow developer to join our client's team, focusing on module enhancements, not specific to any one ServiceNow module.

The ideal candidate will excel in understanding and communicating user acceptance criteria, as well as effectively conveying the consequences of proposed changes.

Follow client's software development cycle to design, code in Java Script, configure, test, debug, and document ServiceNow system and related applicationsAssist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents in order to customize software according to client needsCollaborate with development staff to achieve quality and consistencyParticipate in architecture, design and code reviewsDevelop and maintain operational and system-level documentation in ServiceNowAnalyze system specifications and designs, develop, modify, and install highly complex and customized ServiceNow softwareActively participate in the escalation of live errors and service problems to limit downtime and resolve problemsInteract with internal customers/stakeholders to understand and communicate user acceptance criteria and consequences of changes to the businessRecognize and solve inconsistencies in technical specifications and propose changesQualifications
5-7 years in ServiceNow developmentScripting experience in JAVAExperience working in Jira, navigation of sprint boards, experience in an agile environmentProcess improvement/automation experienceServiceNow certifications that demonstrate proficiency levelSkills
Collaborative mindsetCross-functional team experienceAdaptable, attention to detailStrong communication and relational/people skillsExperience
Nice to have:
Experience with Business Analysis, translating user needs to technical requirements
Benefits
Trissential offers competitive compensation package for full time roles. The pay range for this role is $120,000 to $133,000 annually based on candidate's qualifications and experience.
This role is eligible for benefits and includes options for medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits; Health Savings Account with company contribution; three weeks accrued PTO, and 401k retirement savings.
