- We are looking for creative, results driven individuals with strong backgrounds in team management, geology, hydrogeology, geochemistry, environmental science, or related fields
- Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) or someone on an LEP track preferred
- BS/MS in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or similar major
- Minimum 10 years' experience completing environmental investigation and remediation projects in Connecticut
- Demonstrated success in planning, developing, and executing field investigation/remedial strategies for pollutants in various geologic settings
- Experience with CT Remediation Standard Regulations and EPA Brownfields programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in MS Office products
- Capable of working both independently and in a team environment
- Self-motivated, energetic professional
- Previous experience managing and/or directing staff preferred
