    Quality Control Supervisor.

    As a

    QC Supervisor,


    you'll lead a team of quality control technicians and inspectors to ensure the integrity and safety of manufactured life science products for clients.


    You will be responsible for:
    Leading and supervising a team of quality control technicians and inspectors
    Developing and implementing quality control procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
    Conducting routine inspections and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance
    Analysing quality metrics and implementing corrective actions for continuous improvement.
    Leading investigations into non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints related to product quality
    Implementing corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues
    Providing ongoing training to quality control personnel on new techniques and regulatory updates
    Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the quality control team


    You will bring the following:
    Must have the ability to work with GD&T ( Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

    and a blueprint reading background
    Previous experience in line management and people leadership
    A strong background Quality Control and Quality management
    Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
    Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., statistical analysis, Six Sigma, FMEA).
    Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
