Job summary
The Pharmacy Supervisor organizes and manages daily Pharmacy Department operations to ensure efficient, safe and timely accomplishment of established patient-focused duties and expectations. The role assists the Pharmacy Management Team with oversight of departmental operations, troubleshoots internal issues, and acts as liaison between Pharmacy and other healthcare professionals.Responsibilities include assisting with ensuring optimal pharmacy services meet patient and provider needs; identifying potential problems; performing service recovery as needed; troubleshooting daily interactions requiring oversight or mediation for resolution;
- Assists the Pharmacy Management Team with meeting all regulatory accreditation certification requirements.
- Assists the Pharmacy Management Team in maintaining control security medication products within organization.
