Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Plastics, or Composites Engineering (or equivalent).
2 plus years of experience in carbon fiber/glass fiber composite product development.
Hands‑on experience with composite materials, layups, and part architecture.
CAD experience (CATIA V5 preferred).
Experience with Fibersim or similar composite design tools.
Understanding of composite structural analysis and simulation.
OEM‑facing engineering experience.
Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysis.
Strong understanding of composite molding processes: Compression molding, Vacuum bag/oven curing and Autoclave molding.
Develop and define composite materials, ply schedules, layups, and part architecture.
Support and optimize composite molding processes (compression, vacuum bag/oven, autoclave).
Lead cross‑functional engineering activities and serve as technical point‑of‑contact.
Create and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Support prototype builds, testing, and production readiness.
Experience leading cross‑functional technical teams.
