- Confidence with technology and the use of a remote format for therapy
- Accountable: manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines
- Familiarity with New Mexico Special Education criteria, the IEP process, and school-based Speech therapy
- Flexibility: ability to accommodate disruptions in schedule and work arrangements
- Up-to-date New Mexico SLP license
- SLP license in state of residence
- Recent computer hardware (around 2 years old)
- Solid Internet connection
- 2 years of recent experience in schools highly preferred
