    Description
    If you are an experienced infusion nurse with great IV skills we want to meet you. We are a busy Rheumatology medical practice in Orland Park with a growing patient population. We are looking for either part-time or Full-Time (if willing to travel to our Oakbrook Terrace infusion clinic).

    Job Duties:
    • Provide infusions to adult patients.
    • Properly administer medications based on specific treatment plans per patient.
    • Take vitals of patients receiving the infusion.
    • Assess and detect any changes in symptoms relating to health and pain.
    • Keep a detailed record of each infusion via an electronic medical records system.
    • Coordinate care with other clinicians and members of the infusion team.
    • Maintain supplies necessary for infusing.

    Requirements:
    • Must have current Illinois RN license in good standing.
    • One year of infusion nursing experience.
    • Experience administering medications and fluids to a patient through an injection.
    • Willing to travel to Oakbrook Terrace infusion clinic occasionally as needed.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Attention to detail to provide quality care.
    • Maintain a clean workspace.
    • Critical thinking skills.
    • Must have the ability to multi-task and maintain the highest level of patient care.
    • Able to remain professional with patients.
    • Experience in providing biological therapies such as Simponi Aria, Orencia, Remicade, Rituxan, etc., a plus.
