Program Housing Clinic Supervisor
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Housing Clinic Supervisor for our nonprofit client located near Downtown Portland, OR.
This role will our client's supportive housing program, as well as oversee a group of staff members, and continue to implement program improvements that continue to build on our client's mission and values.
This is adirect hire
role and will be a field-work based opportunity with a home base office location in the Downtown Portland area.
*Please note: Interested candidates must feel comfortable working with vulnerable populations who may be experiencing mental health and/or physical ailments and/or substance abuse disorders.
Requirements
Master's Degree in Psychology/Social Work or related field required
QMHP certification OR ability to acquire this certification required
Minimum 2 years of clinical supervisory experience
Ability to work with different database systems, especially Microsoft Office
Skills
Must possess strong leadership skills and adapt to a wide demographic of individuals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be empathetic and compassionate towards others
Driver's License and clean driving record required
Pay Details:
$30.00 to $40.00 per hour
