Job Title : Salesforce Technical Product Owner

Location: Charlotte NC or St Louis MO (1-2 Days/Week Onsite)

Job Type: Fulltime or W2 Contract

• The Salesforce Product Owner aligns strategy to execution through the development and maintenance of a roadmap, outlining the body of work expected.
• Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities as well as defining future deliverables, measuring performance, and adjusting the overall roadmap of deliverables as needed.
• Inform and participate in business readiness; understand the impact of change, implement the approach to manage adoption and mitigate resistance.
• Provide feedback on work-in-progress, clarify requirements, and contribute to removing roadblocks or impediments; Look for opportunities for continuous team and process improvement.
• This individual will additionally advise and align with adjacent teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive progression

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem with an emphasis on Sales & Services Cloud
• 3+ years of experience in one or more of these fields:
• Digital product or agile product management
• Development and management of CRM applications
• Demonstrated experience in creating and deploying Salesforce solutions to a large enterprise
• Product orientation with a strong sense of ownership
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to overcome ambiguity and deliver results
• Teamwork/collaboration mindset with the ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organization
