    Physical Therapist (SIGN ON BONUS) - Sacramento, CA at FOX Rehabilitation summary:

    Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide 1:1 outpatient and telehealth services to seniors at a Sacramento senior living community, with opportunities for autonomous clinical practice, geriatric house calls, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

    Position offers sign-on bonus eligibility, flexible scheduling (salaried, PRN, H1B sponsorship), CE reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

    Candidates must hold/be eligible for a state PT license, have a degree from an accredited PT program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.


    Our team is growing, and we're looking for Physical Therapists to join us in Sacramento, CA. This position is staffed in one of our senior living community partners.

    Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy and/or Telehealth services to residents in The Woodlake senior living community.

    Drive rewarding patient outcomes by facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.

    Be a part of an interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.

    Pioneer Geriatric House Calls to older adults in their communities and help abolish ageism through 1:1 care.

    What You'll Bring
    Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.

    Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.

    Basic computer literacy skills.

    Current CPR certification.

    In California, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $80,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more.

    Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
