    Description

    Job Summary:

    • Responsible for supporting process development of NPI.
    • Works with cross functional teams to determine application specific process requirements.
    • Provides lessons learned input to design teams through Design for Manufacturing.
    • Supports Customer Audits and Visits.
    • Create and present reports during the NPI life cycle.
    • Create long term capacity plans.
    • Ensure NPI project does not go over budget.
    • Support Customer requirements.

    Additional Functions:

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • 4-year Technical College Degree in Related Field

    Experience:

    • 3+ years in Project Management in a Manufacturing environment.
    • Experienced with Bill of Material reviews and Equipment Cycle Time calculations.
    • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts & techniques
    • Strong troubleshooting skills
    • Strong data analysis skills and ability to use data to drive continuous improvement.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to create and present concepts to internal teams and all levels of management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint & Word
    • AutoCAD/SolidWorks (preferred)
