As a new High School Golf Coach at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, you can expect to lead after-school practices where you'll provide guidance on golf techniques, strategies, and teamwork. Your role will involve organizing and attending games and tournaments, overseeing the team's performance, and offering constructive feedback for improvement. You will have the opportunity to mentor and motivate student-athletes to reach their full potential both on and off the course. Your schedule will primarily consist of practices and games/tournaments after school hours, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while making a positive impact on young athletes' lives.

To excel in the role of High School Golf Coach at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, you must possess a strong foundation in coaching youth golf. It's essential to demonstrate professional and courteous sportsmanship consistently, serving as a role model for the team and representing the school with integrity. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Experience coaching youth golf
• Ability to model professional and courteous sportsmanship at all times, including at games towards opposing teams and officials
• Ability to coach and instruct team players on rules, regulations, safety and techniques of golf
• Willing to work with local golf facilities to schedule practice time
• Adherence to all league rules and regulations
