Be a part of the team at Floyd Valley Healthcare in our Information Technology Department Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time position (40 hours per week) in our Information Technology Department for a Desktop Support Technician.

+ Monday Friday 7:30 a.m. 4:00 p.m. No weekends or holidays.

+ Desktop Support Tech is responsible for the planning, installation and trouble-shooting PCs and hardware components.

+ Will assist with the maintenance of other software and hardware and services supported by Information Services.

+ Research and analyze new technologies hardware and software and make appropriate recommendations.

+ Monitor inventories of hardware and software.

+ Able to operate the file server.

Requirements:

+ An associates degree in a computer-related field is desired or equivalent experience.

+ 2 years of experience in a related field.

+ Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
