    Job Opportunity: Associate for Virtual Sales Team

    We are in search of an Associate to be a key part of our Virtual Sales team. In this role, the individual will be dedicated to managing member insurance accounts and fostering strong client relationships. The primary goal is to address client concerns, assist with inquiries, and support them in meeting the requirements for their permanent insurance coverage.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Experience in account management and business development
    • Adept at collaborating with multiple departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage customer accounts, focusing on securing new business and member qualifications
    • Engage in cross-functional teamwork to meet targets and uphold customer loyalty
    • Ensure prompt and successful delivery of solutions based on client needs

    Requirements:

    • Prior sales experience preferred
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
    • Familiarity with CRM software advantageous
    • Ability to handle multiple projects with precision
    • Proven capability to engage with members of all levels within an organization
