    Industrial Communications West is two companies, one team, under one roof, proudly connecting people across the Midwest and Rocky Mountains. Our experienced crews construct state-of-the-art tower and network facilities for major PCS cellular carriers, private and public enterprises, and public safety agencies and utilities. When you work with us, you gain the advantage of partnering with in-house experts in tower site leasing and management, FCC licensing, and in-building BDA/DAS systems.

    Our Warehouse Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering Tech/Tower equipment to tower sites. The Driver will also assist in site cleanup as needed throughout the states in which we operate. They may also assist with delivery or pickup of furniture/appliances from various retail and office locations throughout Nebraska and Colorado. Drivers will assist warehouse crew when there are no deliveries.

    The primary responsibilities of the Warehouse Delivery Driver include but are not limited to:

    • Loading inventory from warehouse and deliver to tower sites via box truck or pickup.
    • Loading and unloading materials.
    • Operating equipment which can include: Box truck, Dually pickup and gooseneck, excavator for loading purposes with transferring equipment between sites, skidsteer, Crane- Series 900A, articulating boom truck- Model A77T
    • Assisting in clean-up of sites, including transporting various parts and materials back to warehouse/Grand Island, NE.
    • Picking up supplies in Fort Morgan, CO and bringing them back to Grand Island, NE.
    • Assisting Warehouse crew when needed.
    • Keeping all delivery vehicles clean and up to date on maintenance.
    • Creating delivery routes that are efficient.

    Qualifications include:

    • Class A CDL is required.
    • Must pass a DOT Physical.
    • Must be at least 21 years of age, have a clean driving record (MVR) and ability to pass pre-employment checks, including substance screen, MVR, and criminal background.
    • Ability to run and operate Telehandlers, Donkeys, and Forklifts is preferred.
    • Must be able to use GPS for efficiently locating sites.
    • Basic knowledge of iPad, laptops, and cameras.
    • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
    • Ability to work outside in all elements; including but not limited to snow, rain, mud, wind and extreme temperatures.
    • Ability to perform a variety of labor-intensive tasks.
    • Knowledge of truck loading techniques and arrangement of load distribution within a truck or trailer.
    • Ability to evaluate if a site is safe to go in to with a large/heavy vehicle.
    • Ability to stay overnight at hotels if needed. (1-3 nights a week).
