    Description


    Global Sourcing Manager
    At Uline, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Global Sourcing Manager. In this role, you will lead the international supplier strategy for our growing company as we expand our North American footprint.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Product Managers to manage overseas vendor relationships and negotiations for Uline product lines.
    • Research and source new products from overseas manufacturers.
    • Plan and direct overseas travel and factory visits with Product Management leadership.
    • Develop a strong understanding of overseas regulations, EPA, labor laws, and currencies.
    • Work cross-functionally with internal departments such as Logistics, Purchasing, Product Management, and Distribution to optimize international operations.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 5+ years of experience in directly sourcing products from overseas factories.
    • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
    • Knowledge of Chinese and Taiwanese cultures and business practices.
    • Available for up to 15% overseas travel annually.
