AFCO Performance Group is in search of a dynamic Assembly Specialist/ Parts Puller to join our team in Boonville, IN. The role entails accurately pulling & counting parts for racing equipment orders, preparing parts, and packaging racing components. While heavy lifting is minimal, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required, along with flexibility to work in various areas as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and pack materials diligently
• Read work orders, assemble and verify parts
• Follow written instructions
• Conduct quality spot checks
• Report discrepancies promptly
• Preferably possess mechanical assembly skills
• Maintain workspace cleanliness
• Adhere to safety policies

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Perform fine manipulation tasks
• High school diploma or GED
• Consistent attendance record
• Strong communication skills
• Pass background check and drug screening
• Display physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
