    Job Responsibilities
    As a Senior Land Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for project management and design of land (site) development, including commercial and residential development design and permitting for water, sewer, grading, erosion control, and storm drainage. You will ensure that all aspects of the project are followed through to completion, including clients' meetings and relationships, project team members communication, monitoring budget and progress and A/R collections. You will also conduct preliminary evaluations, prepare various reports, write proposals, produce design drawings, prepare technical specifications and prepare permit submittals for civil engineering projects. Additionally, you will manage a multi-disciplined team.

    Requirements
    Bachelor's of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Preferred NC PE or ability to acquire NC PE quickly through reciprocity. Proven track record of project performance and 5-10 years of experience in land (site) development. Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.

    Desirable Skills
    Good people skills, good communicator, both written and oral, good business sense, fairly high levels of persuasiveness and social skills when dealing with Clients. Results-oriented, decisive, direct, and aggressive than process-oriented and cautious.
